Monday–Friday | $17–$23/hour
We are looking for a dependable Millwright Assistant to support our maintenance and millwright team in keeping industrial equipment and facilities safe, reliable, and running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Assist with preventative maintenance, repairs, and equipment installation
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Assist with welding, fabrication, and mechanical projects
Perform facility and warehouse cleanup, groundskeeping, painting, pressure washing, and minor repairs
Help maintain tools, parts, and equipment inventory
Document maintenance work and report safety hazards
Follow all company safety procedures
Qualifications:
Maintenance, automotive, or industrial experience preferred
Experience using hand and power tools
Forklift experience preferred
Basic metalworking or fabrication experience is a plus
Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn
Able to follow written and verbal instructions
Able to lift/carry up to 60 lbs. as needed
Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
