Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Mowing Foreman for a local landscaping company!

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and experienced leader to oversee a mowing crew and help keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone with landscaping or crew-lead experience who takes pride in their work and knows how to keep a team on track.

Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Full-time
Start: ASAP
Expected End Date: Around November 1st

Job Duties:

• Lead and oversee a mowing crew at residential and commercial properties

• Operate commercial lawn mowers and landscaping equipment

• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards

• Assign tasks and help keep the crew on schedule

• Inspect completed work to ensure quality

• Train and assist crew members as needed

• Load, unload, and maintain landscaping equipment

• Communicate with management regarding job progress and any issues

• Follow and enforce company safety procedures

• Eventually operate a dually truck with a trailer to transport equipment

Requirements:

• Reliable and dependable attendance is a must

• Previous foreman, crew lead, landscaping, or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Comfortable performing physical labor

• Able to operate or learn to operate commercial mowing equipment

• Must be responsible and comfortable taking initiative

• Must be willing to work some early mornings

• Valid driver's license and good driving record preferred
