Schedule: Typically a 4-day, 10-hour-per-day workweek with potential overtime; night shifts offer a shift differential.  6:00am - 4:30pm OR 4:30pm - 2:30am 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Boat Assembly: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to build hulls, decks, cabins, and bulkheads.
  • Installation: Fit and align parts precisely using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
  • Quality & Safety: Perform regular quality checks for defects, follow strict safety (PPE) guidelines, and maintain a clean workspace.
  • Teamwork: Coordinate with technicians, engineers, and fellow assemblers to hit production deadlines. 
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED (or 1+ years of related manufacturing/assembly experience).
  • Skills: Basic computer knowledge and good verbal/written reading comprehension.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand/walk for long periods, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and tolerate a non-climate-controlled shop floor environment with exposure to fiberglass dust, resins, and chemicals.
