CORE RESPONSIBILITIES for Make Ready/Maintenance Tech:
- Make Ready for apts-sheet rock repair, painting
- HVAC experience preferred
- Plumbing-changing out faucets, toilets, unclogging drains
- Light Electrical-changing out light fixtures, switches, fans
- Install doors and blinds
- Small appliance repair
- Must have own tools
