in the Richmond area, a full-time opportunity is available for an experienced operator to work in a manufacturing environment. This position involves operating process-specific machinery and supporting production of finished products.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Forming Operator operates production machinery to convert work-in-process materials into finished products while maintaining production, quality, and safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience operating machinery preferred
• Knowledge of hand tools and machine controls
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read and understand safety and operating procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Operate forming and converting machinery
• Set up and change over equipment according to product requirements
• Monitor machine performance and production output
• Perform quality checks and make adjustments when needed
• Perform basic machine service and preventative maintenance
• Record production information and report machine issues
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
• Assist other operators and production team members as needed

PAY:
• $18

SCHEDULE:
• Monday–Friday
• 6:00 PM–4:00 AM
