Bilingual Inside Sales Manager
Fort Lauderdale, FL | $60K Base + $20K Guaranteed Bonus (First 6 Months) | Full-Time

A leading building materials supplier in Fort Lauderdale is hiring a Bilingual Inside Sales Manager — an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional to launch a sales career with $80,000 in guaranteed compensation during the first six months. Benefits available after 90 days, with professional sales training and real advancement potential.

What You'll Do:

• Develop relationships with new and existing customers, including builders, architects, designers, and contractors
• Generate new business through phone calls, referrals, networking, showroom visits, and follow-ups
• Manage the full sales process from initial conversation through quoting, negotiating, and closing
• Become a product expert on building materials, pricing, availability, and industry trends
• Track customers, opportunities, and sales activity using company systems and Microsoft Office

What You Need:

• Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable making phone calls and developing new business
• Competitive, coachable, and motivated by achieving goals
• Comfortable working with numbers and percentages
• Bachelor's degree and prior sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred — willing to train the right person
