CNC Machinist / General Laborer

Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and motivated CNC Machinist / General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have CNC machining experience, but we are willing to train a motivated General Laborer who is eager to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials and parts
• Assist with machine setup and production processes
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Perform general labor and production duties
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
• Assist experienced machinists as needed
• Learn CNC equipment and machining processes through on-the-job training

Qualifications

• CNC machining experience preferred
• General Laborer experience accepted — willing to train
• Strong willingness to learn
• Reliable and dependable
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
