We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse/Manufacturing Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes and warehouse functions. Your focus will be on handling materials, operating equipment, and assisting with assembly tasks to ensure timely production and inventory management. The ideal candidate will bring mechanical aptitude, experience with hand and power tools, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards. Rotational Shifts: Days 7am - 3pm, Afternoon 3pm - 11pm, Nights 11pm - 7am (must be flexible to work all shifts)
Pay rate: $17.6.00/hr -$19.00/hr, plus 4% vacation pay
Responsibilities:
- Support line production by feeding materials, sorting parts, and ensuring smooth workflow
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with assembly processes is highly desirable
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical equipment
- Knowledge of manufacturing procedures and safety standards in an industrial setting
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, standing for extended periods and lift, move, and stack materials (up to 50 lbs. regularly)
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to tasks
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing
- picking, packing and sorting products as needed
- Inventory, document preparation, BOL, Order processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment
- Support inventory management by stocking raw materials and organizing finished products for shipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards
- Assist with basic mechanical troubleshooting and minor repairs when necessary
Experience:
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
