The Soldering Associate is responsible for assembling and soldering electronic components and wiring according to company specifications and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow work instructions, diagrams, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solder electronic components, wires, and assemblies.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous soldering or assembly experience preferred.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
