Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Customer Service Representative position for a Tyler Area Company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services! In this role, you will:

• Verify shipment details and prepare shipping documentation
• Schedule and route shipments for pickup with carriers
• Track and record monthly on-time delivery and late shipment metrics
• Generate and distribute customer invoices
• Answer customer questions and assist with resolving complaints
• Take customer orders and provide pricing quotes
• Maintain organized files and shipment records
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Previous shipping, logistics, customer service, or office experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with invoicing and shipping documentation is a plus
• Reliable attendance and a professional demeanor
