Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for an Inside Sales Associate position for a Tyler Area Company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services! In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
• Provide outstanding customer service and support
• Identify customer needs and connect them with appropriate products and services
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a positive customer experience
• Follow up with customers to maintain engagement and satisfaction
• Represent the company in a professional and personable manner
