Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for an Overnight Dispatcher position for a Tyler area company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services! In this role, you will:

• Monitor incoming alarm signals and respond according to company procedures
• Take inbound calls and contact customers regarding alarm notifications
• Dispatch fire, police, or emergency personnel when required
• Assist as a backup programmer and learn automated monitoring systems
• Accurately enter information and maintain detailed records
• Provide professional customer service while handling sensitive situations

• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
