Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Relationship Banker position for a Tyler area financial institution! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services! In this role, you will:

• Open new customer accounts and provide exceptional customer service
• Process Certificates of Deposit (CDs) and other account services
• Assist customers with banking products and account inquiries
• Ensure all account documentation is accurate and compliant
• Maintain detailed records and perform operational banking tasks
• Build strong customer relationships while delivering a customer-first experience

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• 5-10 years of banking operations experience required
• Experience opening new accounts and processing CDs
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional communication and organizational skills
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to handle confidential information
