Machine Operator

Salary: $18.50

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Machine Operator position for a Tyler area company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services! In this role, you will:

• Inspect and prepare parts for processing
• Operate production machinery according to established procedures
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic operating issues
• Report equipment or production concerns to supervisors
• Ensure materials and supplies are used efficiently to minimize waste
• Clean machines after operation and dispose of scrap materials properly
• Inspect incoming products and materials to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain assigned equipment and keep work areas clean and organized

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Ability to follow production procedures and safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify basic machine issues
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a production environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
