Passenger Services & Luggage Attendant

Location: Gaylord Rockies Resort / Denver International Airport
Pay: $22.00 per hour

We are looking for dependable, customer-focused team members to assist passengers with transportation services at the Gaylord.

Responsibilities

• Guide passengers to the appropriate buses and loading areas.
• Assist passengers with directions and general questions.
• Load and unload passenger luggage safely and efficiently.
• Help maintain an organized and smooth boarding process.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines.
• Work effectively as part of a team in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance appropriate for a guest-facing hospitality environment.
• Any tattoos must be fully covered while on duty.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.
• Able to lift and move luggage safely.
• Professional and courteous with passengers.
• No previous experience required; training provided.
