Quality Inspector – Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: Competitive wages based on experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our growing manufacturing team. This is a direct hire opportunity with a company that specializes in the manufacturing of precision welded stainless steel and aluminum tubes, tanks, cones, and weldments. Responsibilities

• Inspect stainless steel and aluminum parts to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
• Verify dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring instruments.
• Record inspection results accurately using Microsoft Excel and other quality documentation.
• Identify and report non-conforming parts.
• Work closely with production personnel to maintain quality standards.
• Follow company quality procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and drawing tolerances.
• Proficient in using precision measuring equipment, including:
  • Calipers
  • Micrometers
  • Tape measures
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for recording and tracking inspection data.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
