Position: Temp Tax Preparer Position

A consulting firm in Fort Worth is looking to add a Temp Tax Preparer Position

to their team!

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday (Flexible 10-20 Hours a week)

Pay: $60-80/hr

Position Qualifications:

• Experience preparing returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations and trusts (3 or more years preferably)
• Current knowledge of tax laws
• Ability to file Texas franchise tax returns
• Tax planning, calculating estimated tax payments
• Providing tax advice and answering questions in multiple areas of tax
• Prior bookkeeping experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), tax preparation software (Drake, preferably) and Quickbooks
• Up-to-date PTIN or the ability to easily re-enroll for a PTIN
