Germantown Metal Manufacturing company looking for Tool & Die Maker!

 

Key duties and responsibilities may include:

• • Read, understand and interrupt blueprint specifications, sketches, models, prototypes, or descriptions, and visualizes product to determine materials required and machines to be used to fabricate parts.
  • Computes dimensions, plans layout, and determines assembly method and sequence of operations
  • Measures, marks, and scribes metal stock for machining.
  • Verifies dimensions, alignments, and clearances.

Preferred Qualifications:

• • Associates’ degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two year college or technical school; or six month to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Journeyman’s certification or equivalent experience.
  • Vocational Education Classes or equivalent education or experience may qualify a person for this occupation.
  • Tool Making, Machine Tool Technology/Machinist
  • Sheet Metal Technology/Sheet working

Job Specifics:

• Pay Range: $33-38/hour - Direct Hire Placement
• Shift(s): 1st shift 
• Hours: 6am-3pm Monday-Thursday, 6am-10am Friday
