Utility Attendant Responsibilities:
• Ensure site is clean, lit, and maintained to company standard.• Ensure vendors are consistently maintaining all landscaping • Assisting plan and schedule repairs.• Complete pending work orders both timely and effectively.• Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.• Identify and report any concerns or process issues.
