We are seeking an organized, proactive HVAC & Plumbing Parts & Procurement Coordinator to serve as the critical liaison between field service technicians, supply vendors, and customers.

 

Location: North Richland Hills, TX (In-Office)

Position Type: Full-Time, Monday – Friday

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

 

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end parts purchasing process, from initial technician requests to vendor quote comparisons, customer proposals, purchase orders, and delivery tracking. Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process daily parts and materials requests from field service technicians.

• Contact supply houses and vendors to request, gather, and compare pricing, availability, and lead times.

• Prepare clear, accurate customer proposals based on vendor quotes.

• Place and track purchase orders once approved, ensuring timely delivery to keep jobs moving on schedule.

• Maintain clear, continuous communication with technicians, vendors, and internal office teams.

• Manage multiple open orders simultaneously with high attention to detail.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Background in HVAC, plumbing, construction, mechanical contracting, supply houses, purchasing, dispatch, or service coordination preferred. (Strong procurement candidates willing to learn the technical side are encouraged to apply!)

• Tech Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, for managing data and tracking orders.

• Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with both trade technicians and supply vendors.

• Traits: A fast learner with strong multi-tasking abilities, sharp attention to detail, and a self-motivated approach to keeping workflows moving without constant supervision.

Schedule & Location

• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday (Day Shift)

• Location: On-site in North Richland Hills, TX
