Entry-Level IT Support Specialist

Pay: $23–$25/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Location: Scottsdale, AZ

We are seeking an Entry-Level IT Support Specialist to join an established international shipping and logistics company. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in IT while gaining hands-on experience in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees
• Troubleshoot computers, software, printers, and connectivity issues
• Assist with passwords, system access, and basic IT questions
• Set up computers and workstations for employees
• Install and update software as needed
• Help maintain company computers and IT equipment
• Escalate more complex technical issues when necessary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computers, hardware, software, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable learning new systems and technology
• Organized, dependable, and able to problem-solve
• IT education, certifications, internships, or previous technical experience are a plus but not required
