Schedule

• Part-time, 20 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum hallways and common areas
• Empty trash and remove garbage from common areas
• Clean windows, glass doors, and other glass surfaces
• Pick up litter and debris both inside and outside the facility
• Dust and disinfect common area surfaces
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Report maintenance concerns and needed repairs to staff
• Assist with additional janitorial and facility cleaning duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or facility cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and cleaning throughout the shift
