Express Employment Professionals is hiring an experienced Concrete Foreman for a growing construction company in the McGregor area. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, keeps projects on schedule, and enjoys leading a crew in the field.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and supervise concrete crews on residential and commercial projects
  • Coordinate daily job site activities and assign tasks to team members
  • Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project specifications
  • Ensure forms, rebar, pours, finishing, and curing are completed to company standards
  • Monitor project timelines and maintain productivity throughout the day
  • Operate construction equipment and hand tools as needed
  • Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site
  • Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and customers regarding project progress

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Concrete Foreman or Crew Lead preferred
  • Strong background in concrete flatwork, foundations, and finishing
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Reliable, motivated, and committed to producing high-quality work
