Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm

Summary:
The CSR/HVAC Dispatcher is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently coordinating HVAC service calls, maintenance appointments, installations, and technician schedules. This position serves as the primary point of contact between customers, technicians, management, and other departments to ensure timely communication and smooth daily operations. Training will be conducted alongside team members, with a review at the end of each day to discuss progress, answer questions, and address any areas that may need additional attention.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and service requests while providing professional and courteous customer service.
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians for service, maintenance, diagnostic, and installation calls while prioritizing workload and optimizing daily schedules.
- Communicate effectively with customers and technicians regarding appointment updates, delays, schedule changes, emergency calls, and job details.
- Maintain accurate customer records, service documentation, and dispatch information within CRM and scheduling software.
- Assist with customer follow-up, administrative tasks, billing support, and coordination between service and installation departments.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service, dispatching, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home-services experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and scheduling software.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively with customers, field technicians, and office staff while adapting to changing priorities.
