Looking for steady Assembly or Production Line work on 1st shift? We are recruiting experienced Assembly & Production Line Workers for upcoming opportunities with manufacturing and production companies throughout the Newark, Irvington, Clifton, Belleville, and Bloomfield areas. Positions range from short-term projects to long-term opportunities, with pay from $16–$19/hour based on experience. What You'll Be Doing

• Perform hand assembly and production line work according to job specifications
• Assemble, inspect, package, label, or prepare finished products
• Work as part of a production team to meet daily quality and production goals
• Perform visual quality checks and identify damaged or defective products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation

What We're Looking For

• Previous assembly, hand assembly, production line, manufacturing, or related experience required
• Comfortable performing repetitive hands-on work throughout the shift
• Ability to work at a steady pace while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation to your assigned work location
• Willingness to work occasional weekend overtime when needed
