Pay Rate: $25.00-$28.00/hour DOE
Schedule/Shift: 2-2-3 Day & Night Shift Available (4:00 AM-4:00 PM or 4:00 PM-4:00 AM)
Employment Type: Full-Time
 
Summary:
Seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial production equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on equipment maintenance and reliability to support safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Read and interpret machine manuals, electrical schematics, blueprints, and process control diagrams.
  • Diagnose and repair AC/DC motors, PLC controllers, and 3-phase power control circuits.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and equipment improvements to support production goals and product quality.
  • Follow and enforce all safety regulations, including NFPA 70E standards, and assist with JSA reviews and updates.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience or journeyman status preferred.
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical circuits, PLCs, motors, instrumentation, and ladder logic.
  • Knowledge of mechanical drives, motor alignment, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, and precision measurement tools.
  • Ability to use testing equipment such as voltmeters, recorders, and oscilloscopes; must supply own tools.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, able to lift up to 50 lbs., and capable of reading and understanding technical documentation in English.
