Produce Delivery Driver Helper – $16/Hour

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Early Morning Start | Overtime Available

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a Driver Helper / Delivery Helper to assist with produce deliveries. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys active, hands-on work and is comfortable working early morning hours.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $16.00 per hour
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Start time varies between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM, depending on the driver and delivery route assigned
• Overtime is very possible

Driver Helper Job Responsibilities

• Ride with the delivery driver on scheduled produce delivery routes
• Assist with loading and unloading produce and cases
• Unload up to 600 cases per day at customer stops
• Safely move and deliver cases of produce using a dolly
• Roll cases down the truck ramp and into the delivery location
• Assist the driver with efficient and accurate deliveries
• Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance while representing the company at customer locations

Driver Helper Requirements

• Comfortable performing heavy physical work throughout the day
• Able to repeatedly lift, move, push, and roll cases of produce
• Comfortable using a dolly and navigating truck ramps
• Able to work very early morning hours, including 12:00 AM starts
• Reliable and dependable
• Clean, neat, and professional appearance
• Ability to work Monday through Friday and accept overtime when needed
