Experienced Welder/Fitter | Direct Hire | Full-Time | Donora, PA

Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting experienced Welders/Fitters for a well-established company in Donora, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity for a skilled welding professional looking for long-term employment and the opportunity to grow with an established company.

Welder/Fitter Job Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and/or structural welding of steel components according to established weld procedures and specifications.
• Fit, position, align, and assemble steel components for welding and fabrication.
• Grind and prepare steel surfaces and preheat materials using a torch as required.
• Move and position materials using overhead cranes and/or forklifts.
• Perform visual inspections of completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe welding and fabrication area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and welding standards.
• Read and follow welding procedures, drawings, and job specifications as required.

Welder/Fitter Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM
• Full-Time
• Direct Hire

Welder/Fitter Pay

• Pay based on experience
• Competitive pay based on welding and fitting experience
• Weld test required during the interview process

Welder/Fitter Qualifications

• Previous welding and fitting experience required.
• Experience working with steel and fabrication equipment preferred.
• Ability to safely handle and move materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fabrication team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Crane and/or forklift experience is a plus.
