Material Handler / Warehouse Clerk – Bentleyville, PA – $18–$20/Hour

Direct Hire | Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM–3:30 PM | Weekly Overtime

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Material Handler / Warehouse Clerk for a direct-hire opportunity in Bentleyville, PA.

Pay & Schedule

• $18–$20 per hour, based on experience
• Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Weekly overtime available
• Direct-hire position
• No temp-to-hire period

Material Handler / Warehouse Clerk Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, staging, packaging, and moving materials throughout the facility to support production and shipping operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Receive and inspect incoming materials from suppliers
• Use RF scanners, scan guns, and printers to identify and label materials
• Accurately organize and track inventory
• Pull and stage materials for production and shipping
• Prepare and package shipments for delivery
• Use hand tools and equipment, including nail guns and saws
• Safely operate a forklift and overhead crane
• Maintain, inspect, and clean warehouse and material handling equipment
• Follow established safety, quality, inventory, and shipping procedures
• Work efficiently with limited supervision while maintaining accuracy and productivity

Material Handler / Warehouse Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1 year of production, warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience
• Previous forklift experience
• Experience operating or working around an overhead crane
• Experience with shipping and receiving
• Inventory management experience
• Familiarity with warehouse scanning and labeling systems
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to safely handle materials and operate warehouse equipment
