Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Woodworker to join our team. The Woodworker will be responsible for cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing wood materials according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience using woodworking tools and equipment and be comfortable working in a production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood materials.
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Operate hand tools and power tools such as saws, drills, sanders, and routers.
• Assemble cabinets, furniture, frames, fixtures, or other wood products.
• Sand, stain, paint, and finish wood surfaces as required.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous woodworking or carpentry experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately read measurements and use measuring tools.
• Experience operating woodworking hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:
Cabinet making, furniture assembly, millwork, finish carpentry, CNC experience, or production woodworking experience.
