Medical Call Center Representative for a busy healthcare organization in Abilene, TX. We are looking for dependable, professional candidates who enjoy helping others and can provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Location: Abilene, TX

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of incoming patient calls
• Assist patients with scheduling and appointment-related questions
• Accurately enter and update patient information
• Provide professional and compassionate customer service
• Route calls and messages to the appropriate departments
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Follow established healthcare and call center procedures

Qualifications

• Previous call center, customer service, medical office, or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Excellent attendance and dependability
• Professional, patient, and customer-service focused
• Ability to maintain confidential information
