Are you looking for an opportunity to grow your welding skills and develop into a TIG Welder? This is a hands-on fabrication position with the opportunity to learn from experienced welders and gain valuable experience working with light-gauge metal.

What You’ll Do:

• Support welders with material preparation, measuring, cutting, and fabrication

• Work with 18- and 20-gauge sheet metal

• Assist with MIG/TIG welding and develop your welding skills

• Fabricate collars, piece parts, and other components

• Install insulation and prepare materials for production

• Keep your work area organized and production-ready

What We’re Looking For:

• Some welding experience or basic welding knowledge

• Comfortable using a welding torch and helmet

• Ability to produce a reasonably straight weld

• Comfortable measuring and working with hand and power tools

• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced welders

• Reliable, safety-minded, and ready to grow
