Warehouse Team

Located in Roanoke, VA

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Worker supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, storing, picking, and distributing materials and supplies. This position requires someone who is dependable, organized, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
• Stock and organize products and supplies in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or internal distribution.
• Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Verify orders and shipments for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with inventory counts.
• Use pallet jacks, carts, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
• Keep warehouse, storage, and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and storing materials.
• Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
• Communicate shortages, damaged products, or order discrepancies to management.
• Assist other warehouse team members as needed to keep daily operations running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, stocking, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a physically active environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull warehouse materials throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer and inventory-system experience is a plus.
• Must follow all workplace safety and organizational policies.
