Warehouse Associate
Location: Tampa, FL 33634
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Position Type: Temp-to-Perm

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join a busy distribution team in Tampa. This role is responsible for order pulling, packing, loading trucks, and supporting daily warehouse operations. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing physical labor throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Pull and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Load orders, boxes, and materials onto delivery trucks
• Verify products and quantities before shipment
• Organize and stage orders for shipping and distribution
• Assist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing freight
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Support general warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
• Experience with order picking and packing is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
