Long-Term Production Positions – Bates City, MO
We are filling several long-term production positions for a client in Bates City, including:

Assembly
-
Machine Operator
-
Fabrication Shop
Schedule:
Pay: Starting pay is based on position and experience, with most production positions starting around $15–$17/hour.
Requirements:

Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred and may be required depending on the position

Candidates without previous manufacturing experience must have a strong, reliable work history

Must be able to work an early first-shift schedule

Must be physically capable of performing the duties of the position
Assembly is the most entry-level opportunity and requires the ability to lift approximately 40 lbs. regularly throughout the shift.
