Production Associate
Location: Ottawa, IL 
Pay:$17.50/hour
Schedule:
  • Monday - Thursday 
  • 6am-4:30pm
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to join a manufacturing team. This position involves measuring and cutting materials, assembling products, operating production equipment, and ensuring customer orders are completed accurately. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work and thrives in a team-oriented production environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure and cut materials according to specifications
  • Apply connection gel, adhesives, and bonding materials
  • Match customer orders to the correct product configurations
  • Operate equipment including a snapping press, T-shirt press, and zig-zag sewing machine
  • Perform flame bonding of felt pads and work with fiberglass materials
  • Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with general production, assembly, and housekeeping duties
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions
  • Comfortable working with hand tools, machinery, and production equipment
  • Attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required
