What You'll Do

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Load raw materials and monitor machine performance
• Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring tools
• Make machine adjustments to maintain production standards
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and report maintenance concerns
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• Manufacturing, machine operation, production, assembly, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machinery quickly
• Experience using measuring tools and reading specifications
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift and overtime as needed
