Event Host / Checkpoint Facilitator in Northstar/Truckee CA

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Event Host responsible to facilitate checkpoint activities during a team building event. Ensured participants will need to remain engaged, motivated, and informed while managing assigned stations, verifying team progress and materials, enforcing event rules, and creating a fun and professional experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, preparation, and breakdown of materials and equipment.
• Manage assigned checkpoint stations throughout the Amazing Chase event.
• Greet participants and provided clear instructions regarding challenges and event rules.
• Verify team locations and eligibility by checking route markers within the event app.
• Facilitate challenge activities and ensured consistent application of event guidelines.
• Maintain crowd control and managed multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Encourag teamwork, engagement, and participant involvement throughout the event.
• Track team progress and monitor the distribution and collection of event materials.
• Resolve participant questions and concerns while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
• Represent the company professionally and provided exceptional customer service.
• Ensure safety, organization, and efficient operation of assigned event locations.
• Create an exciting and enjoyable experience that enhanced participant satisfaction and team engagement.
