Location: Commerce City, CO
Pay: $21 - $25 per hour (DOE) – Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM About the Role Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a growing team. This role supports customers in the construction industry by handling inquiries, checking inventory, preparing quotes, and coordinating orders. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with construction materials, contractors, distributors, or building supply products and be comfortable communicating with customers in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support to contractors, builders, and construction-related customers
  • Accurately input and maintain customer and order information
  • Check inventory levels and prepare quotes for construction materials and products
  • Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and product knowledge

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in MS Excel (required)
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience supporting the construction, building materials, contractor supply, or distribution industry
  • Familiarity with construction terminology, materials, and job site operations strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
