Maintenance Lead - 1st Shift

Located in waukegan, IL

Salary: 55k-65k BOE

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

Hours: M-F 7am-3:30pm

• Overseeing day-to-day facility and plant maintenance
• Performing preventive and routine maintenance on equipment and building systems
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues
• Maintaining and repairing facility equipment and infrastructure
• Supporting warehouse operations and maintenance needs
• Responding to equipment breakdowns and maintenance issues
• Coordinating maintenance activities and prioritizing repairs
• Helping keep the facility clean, safe, organized, and operational
• Monitoring equipment and identifying potential problems before they cause downtime
• Working with vendors or outside contractors when specialized repairs are needed
• Maintaining maintenance records, work orders, and/or inventory of parts and supplies
• Following OSHA/company safety procedures
• Providing hands-on leadership and helping coordinate other maintenance personnel
