Batching Operator

Location: Wildwood, FL
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay: Up to $25/hour (Depending on Experience!!)

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Batching Operator for one of our valued clients in the Wildwood area. We are seeking a dependable and experienced candidate who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and has a strong attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately measure, weigh, and batch raw materials according to production formulas and recipes.
• Mix and prepare materials while maintaining product quality standards.
• Operate batching equipment, machinery, and computerized control systems.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Follow all safety, quality, and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with equipment cleaning and routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Previous batching, blending, or manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to operate machinery and computerized production systems.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
