• Pay: $15/hour
• Schedule: Sunday to Friday, 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

 

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Overnight Dispatcher to support both office and warehouse operations in a hybrid role. This position is ideal for someone who’s highly organized, computer-savvy, and comfortable helping with hands-on warehouse tasks as needed.

 

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries, maintaining communication throughout shifts

• Prepare delivery paperwork and invoices accurately

• Enter orders and data into dispatch software

• Track route progress and monitor driver activity

• Assist with basic warehouse duties like verifying shipments or organizing documents

• Troubleshoot delivery issues and communicate route changes as needed

• Maintain driver logs and delivery documentation

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience in dispatching, logistics, or warehouse coordination preferred

• Strong data entry, multitasking, and communication skills

• Comfortable with computers and physical warehouse tasks

• Must be dependable and able to work overnight hours consistently

• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
