What You'll Do:

As a Plant Mechanic II, you will:

• Perform Preventive Maintenance: Complete scheduled maintenance on production machinery to maximize uptime and reliability.
• Troubleshoot & Repair Equipment: Diagnose mechanical issues, determine root causes, and complete repairs on manufacturing equipment.
• Rebuild Presses & Tooling: Tear down, rebuild, and repair presses, dies, and tooling as needed.
• Install & Replace Components: Assemble, replace, and refit parts to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
• Support Facility Maintenance: Assist with building repairs and maintenance projects as needed.
• Promote Workplace Safety: Follow and enforce all company safety policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• Industrial Maintenance Experience: Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Press Rebuild Experience: At least 2 years of experience tearing down and rebuilding presses.
• Tooling & Die Knowledge: Familiarity with tooling, dies, and industrial mechanical systems.
• Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs independently.
• Technical Aptitude: Experience using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and maintenance machinery.
