Position: Warehouse Picker Packer

Duties/Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
Use the order management system to determine and process ready-to-ship orders.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
Maintain warehouse space, including organizing inventory, breaking down old boxes, and staging areas for pickup.
Build and assemble retractable banners.
Work with the receiving manager and sales support team to process returns.
Restock supplies and inventory as needed.

Logistics Coordination
Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery while optimizing cost-effectiveness.
Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and labels.
Track shipments and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Conduct regular inventory audits and inspections to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Handle shipping discrepancies, freight claims, and delivery issues promptly.
Collaborate with warehouse personnel and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.

Required Skills/Abilities
Proven experience in warehouse and/or logistics operations.
Knowledge of inventory control systems and logistics management software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with transportation regulations and customs procedures is an asset.

Physical Requirements
Ability to complete warehouse tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer as needed.
