Data Entry Temp - Engineering Support

Contract Data Entry - 4 Weeks

Aerospace company in Fort Worth is looking for 2 data entry temps.

 

Schedule: M-F, 7a-3:30p

Pay: $20-25/hr

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Catalog existing test harnesses and connector assemblies.
• Accurately enter and maintain cataloged data in Excel, including part numbers, quantities, and locations.
• Assign each test harnesses a new location, re-bag, and place test harnesses in new location.
• Cross-reference and organize data to ensure consistency and completeness.
• Communicate with engineering staff to clarify unclear or missing information.
• Maintain neat and organized digital files and follow established naming conventions and file structures.
• Report progress regularly and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and data organization.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical components (basic understanding of electrical connectors is a plus).
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Previous experience in data entry, technical cataloging, or administrative support preferred.
• Comfortable working independently and following detailed instructions.
