This key leadership position will oversee daily production operations, directly managing approximately 90-100 employees through a team of 10 Production Team Leads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale manufacturing operations, driving productivity, developing teams, and maintaining high standards for quality and safety.

Schedule

Monday-Friday
6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all day-to-day production operations
Directly manage and support 10 Team Leads across multiple production lines
Lead, coach, and develop a workforce of approximately 90-100 employees
Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and operational goals are met
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies
Monitor productivity, staffing, workflow, and performance metrics
Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork
Collaborate with leadership to achieve company objectives and growth goals

Qualifications

Required: Extensive experience in manufacturing supervision, production management, or senior operations leadership
Experience managing large employee populations in a production environment
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Proven ability to improve processes, increase efficiency, and manage production performance
Stable work history with demonstrated leadership success

Compensation

$130,000-$150,000 annual salary
