Position:

An Industrial Suply company in Fort Worth is hiring a Counter Sales Specialist!

Schedule: Monday-Friday, with a 1/2 day every other Saturday

Pay: 21/hour

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with product selection and orders
• Build, crimp, cut, and test hydraulic and industrial hoses
• Identify hose, fittings, threads, and pressure ratings
• Enter orders, quotes, and transfers into the ERP system
• Check inventory and manage lead times
• Assist with inventory, receiving, and maintaining a clean work area

Position Qualifications:

• Knowledge of fittings, threads, hoses, and pressure ratings
• Ability to use basic measuring tools
• Basic computer/ERP skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely operate equipment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
