Temporary Recruiter – Clarksburg, WV

A growing local company is seeking an experienced Temporary Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs and timelines
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, feedback, and offers
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
• Assist with job postings, recruiting events, and onboarding
• Manage multiple openings and a high volume of candidates

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience with an ATS
• Strong sourcing, communication, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
