Production Mixer Operator
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | 4:45 AM - 4:45 PM (Clock in at 4:35 AM)
Typical Work Week: Monday-Thursday with occasional Fridays

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Production Mixer Operator for a well-established food manufacturing company in the Osseo area. This is a critical production role responsible for creating the dough used throughout the manufacturing process. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in accuracy, quality, and consistency.

Job Responsibilities
- Gather and verify ingredients according to production formulas
- Weigh ingredients accurately using calibrated scales
- Mix dough batches following established recipes and procedures
- Operate mixing equipment and production systems
- Record ingredient lot codes and production information accurately
- Monitor production processes and maintain quality standards
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area
- Assist with equipment cleaning and production-area housekeeping
- Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety requirements
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow written recipes, procedures, and production documentation
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Comfortable using computers for production documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout a 12-hour shift
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Must be willing to complete a background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Must be motivated and ready to work
Schedule Information
This is a 1st shift position with hours of 4:45 AM - 4:45 PM, Monday through Thursday, with occasional Friday work depending on production needs. Weekly hours may vary based on workload and production schedules. No set number of weekly hours is guaranteed.
