We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join a growing team in Tampa. This role focuses on print production, graphic design, and assisting with the creation of marketing and promotional materials. Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare print-ready artwork for marketing, promotional, and production materials
• Support print and production processes, ensuring quality and accuracy of finished products
• Collaborate with team members to create visually appealing graphics that align with brand standards
• Edit, revise, and update existing designs based on project requirements
• Assist with production, material handling, and lifting items up to 50 pounds as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in graphic design, print production, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with production-related tasks
